In October 1997, Damir obtained the Yugoslav National Tennis Coaching Qualification.
In October 2002, he obtained USPTA Coaching Certification.

Tennis - Competitive
Damir was ranked top 10 in Yugoslavia under 16 and 18 juniors. He played numerous satellite and futures ATP tournaments in Europe and USA - including qualifier finals and main draw matches. He also played in the German Tennis League, one of the most competitive leagues in Europe, for two seasons.
