At this level all juniors have demonstrated the ability to rally from the baseline and can play matches. They are completely independent on court: keeping score, serving, and managing the in's and outs. While strokes and techniique will be refined, emphasis will be placed on the "how" to play the game. A players game style will be shaped and a strategy will be molded around it.

A large part of graduating from a yellow to a green is attitude and committment. Those who are excited to play tennis but also to grow and improve. They have made the choice that tennis is their sport.
